Mail Club FAQ

International Shipping
✷ Please note you may be required to pay tariffs or duties on the imported goods before you receive it. The amount is dependent on the country you live in and is out of my control.
✷ All responsibilities are on the customer to pay any import-related fees.

Change Address / Email / Billing
✷ You can edit your address, email, and billing details using this link.

Shipment Date / Wait Time
✷ All mail club orders within each month's sign-up period ship late that month. (Typically the 22nd-26th). See the Mail Club Page for this month's ship date!
✷ Please allow up to 7 business days after the shipment date for US orders, and up to 30 business days internationally.

Tracking
✷ The mail club items are sent with stamps to keep your membership affordable! So, unfortunately, there is no tracking on mail club orders.

Sign-Up Period
✷ The sign up period ends on the 20th of each month. (eg. you sign up August 20th, you will receive the August print as your first. If you sign up August 21st, you will receive the September print as your first.)

Catch Up on Previous Prints
✷ You can catch up on previous months here. These prints ship at the end of each month, at the same time as the regular Mail Club mailing. They ship in separate envelopes from the regular mailing, so expect multiple items in your mail! If they do not arrive at the same time, please allow a few days.

Payment Overlap
✷ When you join at the beginning of a sign-up period, (21st - 26th) there may be some overlap in your payments before receiving your first print. Rest assured every transaction corresponds to a unique print!

Can I Purchase the Complete Collection?
✷ There will be preorders available at the start of November 2026 for the full 2026 collection, so stay tuned!
✷ If you want specific prints from 2025, catch up on them here.
General FAQ

Return Policy
✷ All sales are final. Everything is made to order, so I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
✷ If the order has arrived safely (according to USPS' tracking info) then I cannot offer a refund.
✷ If the product was returned to me due to the consumer's failure to pick it up, I can only refund the product, not the shipping cost.

Processing Time
✷ Please allow one week for processing time. To make the process faster, please make sure your address and shipping info are accurate and up-to-date.
✷ You will receive tracking once your order has shipped.

Ship Time
✷ Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4-7 business days.
✷ For international orders, shipping time varies. You should get an estimate when checking out your cart. Most international orders arrive within 3-6 weeks, but reach out to me if it has been longer than that. -

Damaged Orders
✷ If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at mkain.art@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I’m happy to assist you!

Shipped Package Does Not Arrive
✷ Make sure if you have ordered a preordered item, as it probably is still being made.
✷ If your tracking is displayed as delivered but your shipment has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.

Can I combine orders?
✷ Yes. Contact me and make sure to include both order #s. I will refund you whatever extra shipping money isn't needed.

Can I give you product suggestions?
✷ 100% yes! Some of my favorite designs were suggestions from friends and family. You can submit them through the contact form on this site or on Instagram.
